Output formats let you define how the AI structures its responses, such as layout, length, hashtags or call to action. That way, every LinkedIn post, newsletter teaser or blog article looks exactly the way you want, no matter when or where it’s created.

How to use output formats:

• On an agent: Assign an output format to an agent. It then applies it automatically, including in workflows and scheduled jobs.

• In AI campaigns: Choose the right format per content type, e.g. if you have several variants for “LinkedIn post”.

• In the chat: Load a format with # and apply it right away.
