What’s in it for you?
Work with contentbird right from your AI tool: look up content, topic planning, campaigns or personas, create new content and social posts, or edit existing ones. This lets you bring contentbird into your existing AI projects and workflows.

The AI only accesses the projects you already have permission for.

You can now use Custom Fields and Custom Elements as placeholders in your prompt templates, instead of just the standard attributes. This lets you tailor prompts even more precisely to your content.

How to use the new feature:

1. Open a prompt template and select the placeholder button

2. Switch to the "Custom Fields & Elements" tab

3. Select the desired field or element as a placeholder and insert it into the prompt

A new tab is now available in Strategic Topic Planning: Meetings. It lets you link editorial meetings directly to the relevant topics and stories – including participants, attachments, and comments – instead of running separately from topic planning.

How to use it:

1. Go to Planning > Strategic Topic Planning > "Meetings" tab

2. Click "+ Create meeting" and set the name, topics, stories, date, time, duration, location, and description

3. Add participants to the meeting and track their status (e.g. Accepted/Pending)

You can check your meeting's status – Planned, Completed, or Cancelled – in the overview at any time.
