You can now use Custom Fields and Custom Elements as placeholders in your prompt templates, instead of just the standard attributes. This lets you tailor prompts even more precisely to your content.
How to use the new feature:
Open a prompt template and select the placeholder button
Switch to the "Custom Fields & Elements" tab
Select the desired field or element as a placeholder and insert it into the prompt
A new tab is now available in Strategic Topic Planning: Meetings. It lets you link editorial meetings directly to the relevant topics and stories – including participants, attachments, and comments – instead of running separately from topic planning.
How to use it:
Go to Planning > Strategic Topic Planning > "Meetings" tab
Click "+ Create meeting" and set the name, topics, stories, date, time, duration, location, and description
Add participants to the meeting and track their status (e.g. Accepted/Pending)
You can check your meeting's status – Planned, Completed, or Cancelled – in the overview at any time.
AStarting now, a new view is available in Strategic Topic Planning: the Newsroom view. It complements table and kanban with a strategic perspective – instead of just showing structure, it displays score, ownership, and briefing per topic at a glance. Topics can be sorted by score, so priorities are immediately visible.
How to set it up:
Go to Administration > Project > Details and assign the Manager for Strategic Topic Planning
Go to Administration > System > Strategic Topic Planning > Scoring and define your scoring dimensions (e.g. timeliness, reach potential, SEO potential) with weightings totaling 100%
From then on, you'll find the Newsroom view under Planning > Strategic Topic Planning. It's visible to admins, managers, and authors.
