Enable Custom Fields to Be Inserted as Placeholders in Prompt Templates

Description:
Currently, custom fields cannot be inserted as placeholders in prompt templates; only predefined placeholders are supported.

Current workaround: Manually copy and paste the terms from the custom field into the prompt before each submission—an additional manual step with every use.

Impact: Reduces manual effort and eliminates a source of errors during each post-optimization.
